Terrel Hale is a certified Massage Therapist whose focus is elite runners. He graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2003 and worked closely with the American University, Georgetown University and the University of Maryland's Men's and Women's Track and Cross Country teams.
He believes in a consistent holistic approach to running that includes professional coaching, nutrition, strength training, meditation and other professional services like physical therapy in tandem with a runner's training program.
He works with area runners like Ben Cooke who was rated third by the Washington Running Report, John Henwood who won the Army 10-miler in 2003, Edmund Burke and Michael Wardian who are running in the Men's Olympic Trials and Chris Farley who recently ran a 2:31 marathon in Sacramento.
